Moin moin,
die Information, dass unter Windows die ALT-GR-Taste sich aus CTRL und ALT zusammensetzt, brachte mir leider erst die Installation des Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator.
Damit erreicht man den \ mit CTRL-ALT+ß (wussten 90% der Leute hier bestimmt schon).
Jetzt kann ich unter Windows weiter schöne UNC-Pfade eingeben, um auf meine Windows-Ressourcen zuzugreifen.

2 Million Zunes sold
Laut electronista.com hat es M$ doch glatt geschafft, in 1,5 Jahren so viele Zunes zu verkaufen, wie Apple an iPods in nichtmal ‘nem Monat. Gratulation! Das sieht doch schon mal extrem vielversprechend aus. NICHT! Muahahahhahaha!!!

OOXML ISO approval – Norway

“The former Chairman of the Norwegian ISO committee, who resigned two weeks ago in protest against his country’s vote of Yes to OOXML, tells the inside story of how the decision was reached: how a single bureaucrat from Standards Norway sidelined the overwhelming majority of Norwegian technical experts and changed Norway’s vote from No to Yes. The story is so surreal it’s hard to believe.”
Das ist wirklich skandalös, wenn dieser Bericht zutreffend ist. Kurz gesagt: Ein Mitarbeiter von Standards Norway (im Grunde sowas wie die Gesellschaft, die für die DIN zuständig ist bei uns) hat so lange Leute (unabhängige Wissenschaftler/technische Experten) aus der Entscheidungsfindung ausgeschlossen, bis ein “Konsens” erreicht war. Dies war zu dem Zeitpunkt der Fall, als ER alleine abgestimmt hat – und als aus einem “nein” ein “ja” wurde.
Die “Gegenseite” scheint sich hier zu äussern, aber google übersetzt leider kein Norwegisch? (man beachte die URL… *flöt*)

Microsoft Succeeds in Making Vista Even Worse
Windows Vista is already perhaps the most frustrating product Microsoft has yet heaved onto the computing public. But now its Service Pack 1 update, which is supposed to FIX holes and squeaks in the Vista code, seems to be making things worse.
