rumgekommen und trotzdem
… nicht überall gewesen (glaub ich)
Laut iPhone war ich mehrmals in Recklinghausen, aber laut Ula gab es nicht soviele durchzechte Wochenenden mit Routetrips in dem letzen Jahr. Ich war viel in Kackcity und sonst viel in OS, Hamburg, Soltau und einmal auf ner Norddeutschen Insel? Kein Plan.
ah, und meine 2010er Reise auf Malle ist auch so halb dokumentiert.

Alles dank des Datenspeichers in der “consolidated.db”: “Gespeichert werden die Daten in der Datei “consolidated.db“, diese Datei wird bei einer Synchronisierung des Geräts auch an den Computer übertragen.”
Wie die App funktioniert kann man sich hier angucken.
Quick facts:
* The data is only stored locally and is not transfered to anyone
* The data is not determined through GPS so its more a mere guess than an exact location.
Apple should encrypt the data in future firmwares to make sure it doesn’t fall into the wrong hands.

Attractive Women Make Men Temporarily Stupid
The Telegraph reports that men who spend even a few minutes in the company of an attractive woman perform less well in tests designed to measure brain function than those who chat to someone they do not find attractive. This leads to speculation that men use up so much of their brain function or ‘cognitive resources’ trying to impress beautiful women, they have little left for other tasks. Psychologists at Radboud University in The Netherlands carried out the study after one of them was so struck on impressing an attractive woman he had never met before, that he could not remember his address when she asked him where he lived. Researchers recruited 40 male heterosexual students and had each one perform a standard memory test. The volunteers then spent seven minutes chatting to male or female members of the research team before repeating the test. The results showed that men were slower and less accurate after trying to impress the women. The more they fancied them, the worse their score.

Das ZDF verlegt seine Umfragen jetzt zu YouTube
Nachdem das auf heute.de mit den Online-Umfragen ja nicht so gut geklappt hat, darf man jetzt auf YouTube bei Openreichstag voten. Lustigerweise ist das Ergebnis bisher ähnlich. Man kann da aber auch immer wieder auf “DAGEGEN” klicken (nach Seite neu laden, k.A. ob das dann jedes mal gezählt wird).

Erfundene Kriege haben wir schon, Gedankenkontrolle in jedem Wohnzimmer, lückenlose Kontrolle der gesamten Kommunikation und Aufenthaltsorte – und nun kommt endlich die Kamera in jedem Wohnzimmer, Vorreiter wie immer UK:

This is going too far, and hopefully will not pass. Where will it end?”
